About:	Dear Sir; I have 14+ years of working experience in different mechanical industries , including process , health care services and construction companies. I have worked in Pakistan Saudi Arabia and Egypt. I have also sound theoretical and field experience in the field of HVAC , plumbing, fire fighting and Electrical in term of design review, field execution, Operation and maintenance of system . I am also confident about designing and implementation of Maintenance Management System. I have also good knowledge and experience of ISO 9000 and JCIA Quality System. Currently, I am working at Institute of Business Administration- Karachi as Manager Facilities Management. My core responsibilities are : 1- Plan and execute Routine maintenance activities of MEP Department. 2- Implementation and supervision of computerized maintenance management system. 3- Supervise operation of BMS system installed for campus. 4- Review of all MEP design for new projects and forward recommendation from maintenance point of view. Currently 5 Mega projects are on going at IBA by the donation of corporate donors and USAID project. 5- Preparation of project punch list for follow up contractor till completion. 6- Plan and implementation of energy conservation program within the campus. 7- Prepare and control annual budget for maintenance department. 8- Inventory Management . 9- Pre-shipment equipment of critical equipment for new buildings. Worked with Aga Khan University hospital in facilities Management Division for 5 years. I resigned from Aga Khan University as senior Mechanical Engineer. My core responsibilities included Material Management, operation and maintenance of HVAC system and supervision of ongoing project activities inside campus.
